Ingredients

  • 300 g double cream cheese
  • 150 g low-fat quark
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar, brown
  • 2 small onion (s), red
  • 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
  • 1 handful chives rolls
  • 1 tablespoon milk if necessary

Instructions

  1. If necessary, stir the cream cheese and quark with a little milk until smooth.
  2. Clean and finely dice the onions, clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Stir into the cream together with the chives.
  3. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
  4. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Goes well with hearty bread, with pretzel chips or crackers, or with grilling and potatoes.
