- 1 dash oil (walnut oil)
- 2 onion (s), diced
- 1 pinch (s) anise
- 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
- 2 slices ginger, fresher
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- possibly vegetable broth or meat broth
- 1 bunch parsley

- Heat walnut oil in a hot saucepan (F) and fry the onions. Steam the carrots in it (E). Add anise, nutmeg, a little ginger (M) and salt (W).
- Continue frying everything. Add water or vegetable or meat stock, cook everything until soft and then puree. Fold in the parsley at the end (H).
