Ingredients

  • 250 g butter or mararine
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 500 g spelled flour, type 630 or wheat flour

  • 100 g nuts, round
  • 50 g orane peel, round
  • 100 g lemon peel, round
  • 30 g cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Knead the ingredients for the dough. Shape the dough into 6 equal-sized rolls that are long enough to fit across the baking sheet. Place 3 rolls each on a baking sheet (lined with baking paper). Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 ° C (fan oven).
  2. In the meantime, stir the ingredients for the topping. Immediately after baking, spread the icing thickly onto the rolls. Cut into 2 cm wide strips while still warm and allow to cool.
  3. You can vary the ingredients: nuts, almonds, lemon peel, orange peel. I just took the leftovers that left me after baking cookies.
