Ingredients

  • 240 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 500 g carrot (s)
  • 1 yellow pepper (s)
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), the juice from it
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ broth, grained
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • Curry powder
  • 10 olives, black
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • possibly water if required

Instructions

  1. Clean or peel and dice the vegetables.
  2. First heat 1 teaspoon of oil and fry the carrots in it. After 5 minutes add the diced paprika and finish cooking both. Possibly add water.
  3. Cut the chicken breast into pieces and fry in a second pan in another teaspoon of heated oil. Deglaze the meat with lemon juice, add the stock and spices and let it steep for another 5-10 minutes over a low heat. Add the firm vegetables and olives to the meat. Serve hot.
  4. Rice or potatoes go well with it.
