Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • 1 large tomato (s), diced
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 0.5 liter ½ chicken broth (preferably freshly cooked)
  • 1 cup peanuts, finely chopped, unsalted
  • 2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Chop the peanuts and mix with the milk, set aside. Melt the butter in a saucepan, sauté the chopped onion and diced tomatoes in it. Stir in flour, let it sweat briefly. Add the broth while stirring, cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the peanuts with the milk and leave to stand for 20 minutes with the lid closed.
