Ingredients

  • 500 g creamed spinach, frozen
  • 200 g peanut butter
  • 2 small Can / s tomato paste
  • 500 g beef oulash
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 cubes broth
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. The first thing to do is to fry the goulash. Next, add the chopped onions and fry the whole thing over a low heat for about 10 minutes. Add the thawed creamed spinach and continue to simmer. To enhance the flavor, you should add 2 stock cubes! Finally add the peanut butter and tomato paste, season with the spices and let simmer for another 20 minutes until the meat is soft.
  2. Serve with rice.
