Air Curd Cakes in the Oven

Cheesecakes baked in the oven are obtained with a golden brown crust on the outside, soft and tender on the inside. Making fluffy cheesecakes for breakfast is easy and simple!

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 500 g
  • Flour – 120 g
  • Sugar – 50 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon.

Directions

  1. We knead the dough. Beat the egg with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add cottage cheese. We introduce sifted flour mixed with baking powder.
  2. Take the dough with a spoon, round it a little with your hands, roll it in flour and put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
  3. We bake for 25 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees.
