Ingredients
- 200 ml sweet cream
- 250 g quark, lean
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- some lemon peel, grated

- Whip the cream until stiff. Mix all other ingredients well, fold in the whipped cream in two portions. Line a fine sieve with kitchen paper (not printed), pour in the mixture and let it drain in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
- Cut off the cams or turn the whole quark dish onto a platter. Serve with fruit compote.
