Ingredients

  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 250 g quark, lean
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • some lemon peel, grated

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix all other ingredients well, fold in the whipped cream in two portions. Line a fine sieve with kitchen paper (not printed), pour in the mixture and let it drain in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
  2. Cut off the cams or turn the whole quark dish onto a platter. Serve with fruit compote.
