Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 4 large onion (s)
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 bottle sauce (Texicana salsa or chili sauce)
  • 2 packs processed cheese with herbs
  • 1 packet cream cheese
  • 1 glass ajvar, mild
  • 2 glasses ajvar, spicy (1050 g in total)
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onions and sauté in a large saucepan with a little oil. Add minced meat and fry until crumbly.
  2. Top up with broth. Then mix in the above ingredients and simmer briefly.
