Ingredients

  • 2 liters water
  • Vegetable broth, instant
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Put 2 liters of water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the stock and dissolve in the water.
  2. Separately in a small bowl add the egg, 1 tablespoon corn flour and 1 tablespoon water. Mix well together. Then pour it into the boiling water and stir briefly once. Bring to the boil again briefly and serve.
  3. Tip: The amount of the deposit can be increased at any time.
