Ingredients
- 500 g broccoli, cut into florets
- 150 g ham, cooked in cubes
- 1 vegetable onion (s), roughly chopped
- 750 ml milk
- 50 g butter
- 50 grams flour
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ chili powder
- 2 tablespoon curry, preferably the Madras variety
- salt and pepper

- Blanch the broccoli until firm to the bite, brown the onions and toss the ham briefly.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and sweat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the milk, curry and chili powder and only now season with salt. Bring the milk to a boil and simmer on a mild heat for 2-3 minutes. Stir with a whisk.
- Then distribute all the ingredients in a baking dish, pour the curry bechamel on it and season with pepper.
- Gratinate in the oven at 220 ° until a brownish crust forms on top.
