Ingredients
- 1 m papaya, peeled and pitted
- 1 orange (s), peeled and filleted
- 1 bell pepper (s), peeled and pitted
- 1 onion (s), finely chopped
- 100 g cranberries, dried
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- Chilli flakes or powder
- 200 g apple cider vinear
- 250 g orane juice, direct pressin
- 200 g suar
- 1 teaspoon Cointreau, possibly

- Cut papaya, orange and bell pepper into fine cubes. Bring all ingredients to a boil in a saucepan, reduce heat and simmer for another 15 minutes.
- Fill jars with it to the brim, close them, turn them upside down and let them cool down. Store for 2 days before consumption.
- Goes very well with poultry and fish.
