Ingredients

  • 500 g spahetti
  • 1 large can (s) tomato (s), unseasoned (pizza tomato)
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, sugar
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Put on water and bring to a boil.
  2. In between, the onion and garlic are finely chopped and fried in a little olive oil. Add the tomatoes and let simmer uncovered over medium heat. Meanwhile, drain the tuna.
  3. Meanwhile the water is boiling, salt it and add the spaghetti. Cook the pasta until al dente.
  4. In the meantime, add the tuna to the sauce and chop it up with a fork. After 7 minutes the parsley is added and the sauce is seasoned with salt, pepper from the mill and a little sugar. Drain the spaghetti, add to the sauce and mix well.
  5. Is served without parmesan.
