Alfredo Fettuccine Vegan Sauce without Milk

A perfect substitute for the classic creamy white fettuccine sauce based on cashew nuts. The exquisite taste will appeal to both connoisseurs of vegetarian food and lovers of traditional dishes

Ingredients

  • 300 gr Cashew nuts
  • 940 ml Water
  • 0.5 pcs. White onion
  • 3 tooth. Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 500 gr Pasta fettuccine
  • 10 g Parsley
  • 3 teaspoons Nutritious dietary yeast

Directions

  1. Place 300 g cashew nuts in a deep bowl. Fill them with hot water. Let it brew for 15 minutes and drain.
  2. Grind until smooth, using a blender or food processor, the following ingredients: prepared cashews, 3 teaspoons dietary (dietary) yeast, 3 cloves of garlic, 180 ml water, 1 teaspoon each of rosemary, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Pour the sauce into the finished pasta, stir and serve. Sprinkle each serving with finely chopped parsley.
