Alioli Sauce

If suddenly there is no mayonnaise in your fridge, and you want to season the salad with it, make the Alioli sauce. It only takes 5 minutes to cook. Take note of the recipe!

Ingredients

  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Vegetable oil – 200 Milliliters
  • Salt – To taste
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients needed to make the Alioli sauce.
  2. Break an egg into a tall bowl and season with salt. Peel the garlic, chop and add to the egg bowl. Pour in some olive oil.
  3. Set the blender impeller so that it covers the egg and garlic. Punch through everything at high speed until a thick mass appears. While whisking, add the butter slowly until a smooth, thick sauce.
  4. Remove the blender and transfer the sauce to the jar, close and refrigerate.
