All-round Dressing

Ingredients

• 125 g low-fat quark
• 125 g cream quark
• 250 g yourt, 1.5% fat
• 250 g mayonnaise
• 125 g sour cream
• 1 packet herbs, (8-herb mixture) frozen
• cucumber liquid
• salt and pepper
• possibly garlic

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients and season with cucumber liquid, salt and pepper. If necessary, 2 cloves of garlic can be added.
2. The sauce tastes best when it has been through for a few days. It can be kept in the refrigerator for approx. 1 week.
3. Goes well with potatoes, rice, gyros, fish, salad, for dipping or as a grill sauce.
