Ingredients

  • 100 g flour (whole wheat flour)
  • 50 g butter, cut into pieces

  • 3 egg (s)
  • 120 g cheese (Alläu mountain cheese)
  • 50 g mushroom cheese
  • 150 ml milk
  • 150 ml cream
  • Paprika powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Fat for the shape
  • Flour for the work surface

Instructions

  1. Place the flour, butter, salt and an egg on the work surface, chop through with a knife and quickly work into a smooth dough with your hands. Wrap in foil and let rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Grease 4-6 tartlet molds (diameter 8-10 cm). Roll out the dough thinly on a little flour. Cut out circles (diameter approx. 12-14 cm), place in the molds and refrigerate again briefly.
  3. Finely grate mountain cheese, cut fine mushroom cheese and mix both. Mix the milk, cream and 2 eggs until foamy, season with paprika and cayenne pepper. Spread the cheese in the molds, pour over the egg mixture and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Tastes warm or cold.
