- 1 onion (s)
- 50 g sour cream
- 50 g wheat, freshly round
- salt and pepper
- Nutmeg, freshly grated
- 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 125 g cheese, rated
- Oil for frying

- Peel and finely grate the potatoes and place in a bowl. Finely chop the onion.
- Mix the sour cream, wheat flour and onion into the potatoes.
- Season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix the cheese and parsley into the potato mixture.
- Heat the fat in a pan, add 1-2 tablespoons of potato mixture in portions and bake until golden on both sides.
