Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and use the dough hook of the hand mixer to work into a smooth dough.
  2. Grease the baking tray (s) or line them with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C fan oven.
  3. With the help of a teaspoon and your hands, shape the dough into balls, spread them on the tray and - that`s how I always do it - flatten it a little with a fork. This creates a groove pattern on the biscuits. Bake the biscuits for about 15 minutes until they are golden brown (I prefer it a little lighter).
  4. Take the biscuits out of the oven, let them cool and decorate with couverture or icing. Makes about 60 biscuits.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
