Instructions

  1. Gradually mix the margarine with the normal sugar, almonds and flour and knead everything until the ingredients have combined well. Then you first form approx. 2 Euro thick strands from the dough, which you then roll in the cane sugar until they are well covered.
  2. If necessary, chill the strands a little. Then cut about 0.5 cm thick slices from the strands, these slices are then placed in the oven for about 10 minutes at a circulating air of about 180 degrees.
  3. When they have cooled down, you can decorate them with couverture or other decorations.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
