Ingredients

  • 150 g almond (s) without skin
  • 300 ml water, lukewarm
  • 3 date (s), pitted
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Vanilla to taste

Instructions

  1. Put the almonds in a blender or tall container. Add water, pitted dates, salt and vanilla and puree thoroughly. Pour everything through a hair sieve or milk net and squeeze out.
  2. The almond pomace can be used for baking. Don`t throw it away, it`s too precious.
  3. Making this milk yourself is cheaper.
