Ingredients
- 150 g almond (s) without skin
- 300 ml water, lukewarm
- 3 date (s), pitted
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- Vanilla to taste

- Put the almonds in a blender or tall container. Add water, pitted dates, salt and vanilla and puree thoroughly. Pour everything through a hair sieve or milk net and squeeze out.
- The almond pomace can be used for baking. Don`t throw it away, it`s too precious.
- Making this milk yourself is cheaper.
