Ingredients

  • 300 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 30 g seeds, (chia seeds)
  • 1 pinch vanilla powder, (Bourbon vanilla)
  • 0.33 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 papaya, or mango, ripe
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Refine almond milk with cinnamon and Bourbon vanilla. Add the chia seeds and leave to soak in the milk for a night or a few hours.
  2. Stir to avoid lumps. Peel the papaya, remove the seeds, drizzle with lemon juice and puree or mash with a fork.
  3. Pour the papaya puree over the almond milk pudding, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
