Ingredients

  • 250 ml almond milk (almond drink), unsweetened
  • 125 g plain yourt, low-fat
  • 25 g protein powder (whey protein vanilla)
  • 5 g inulin
  • 125 g pineapple in its own juice, from the can
  • 0.5 ½ avocado (s), frozen
  • 1 dash lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple.
  2. Put all ingredients in a tall bowl and use the hand blender to make a creamy smoothie. But you can also use a mixer right away.
  3. The avocado can also be exchanged for 1/2 banana. Then the lemon juice can also be omitted.
  4. If you like the smoothie sweeter, you can sweeten it with stevia or another sweetener.
