Ingredients

  • 300 g quark
  • 12 tablespoon buttermilk, approx. 0 ml
  • 12 tablespoon oil, 0 ml
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 4 dashes sweetener
  • 0.5 ½ bottle flavor, (butter-vanilla flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon wheat bran
  • 200 g almond (s), round
  • 4 tablespoon soy flour, approx. 65 g
  • 2 tablespoon wheat flour, 50 g
  • 1 packet baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, buttermilk, oil, sweetener and vanilla sugar with a whisk. Stir in the wheat bran. Then add the almonds, soy flour, wheat flour and baking powder with a spoon and mix everything well. Shape 16-18 balls. They all fit on a baking sheet. Bake at 165 degrees convection for approx. 20-25 minutes.
