Ingredients

  • 4 small trout (s), ready to cook, approx. 200 g each
  • salt and pepper
  • 40 grams flour
  • 50 g almond (s), flakes
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 50 g butter
  • Lemon (s) - slices

Instructions

  1. Rinse the trout with cold water and pat dry a little. Then season well inside and out.
  2. Then turn in the flour and then in the almonds.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the trout in it.
  4. Meanwhile add the butter in pieces and let it melt.
  5. Garnish the fried trout with lemon wedges.
  6. Boillon potatoes, boiled potatoes or jacket potatoes go best with this.
