Instructions

  1. Chop or cut the onions and then sweat them with the olive oil in a large saucepan. Then deglaze with the water and while this begins to boil, slice the peeled carrots directly into the pot.
  2. When the water boils, stir in the broth. Cut the zucchini into cubes or halved slices and then add to the soup with the noodles. Simmer for about 20 minutes and then add the chopped tomatoes and peppers.
  3. Add a little water if necessary. Simmer for another 10 minutes and season with spices, salt and pepper.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
