Ingredients

  • 600 g pork loin (s) or pork tenderloin, sliced (turkey or chicken is also possible)
  • 120 g sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 120 g ham, raw, diced
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 40 g cheese, rated (possibly reduced fat)
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Season the schnitzel and fry briefly in the oil.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  3. Put the meat in an ovenproof dish and brush with the sour cream (if you like it creamier, you can also use crème fraîche). Cut the onion into rings and spread over the schnitzel along with the diced ham. Finally sprinkle everything with a little cheese. Place in the hot oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
  4. Baked potatoes go well with it (if the oven is on anyway) or pasta with cream sauce.
