Ingredients

  • 1 kg white cabbage, finely sliced
  • vinegar
  • Caraway seed
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Steam the cabbage for 5 minutes in salted water and vinegar with caraway seeds, then drain the water. Mix the cabbage with oil, season with pepper. Serve warm.
  2. Tip: If you add a piece of wholemeal bread when boiling or stewing cabbage and cabbage, there is no unpleasant smell.
