Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100 g suar
  • 200 ml cream
  • 250 ml milk
  • 150 g biscuit (s) (Amarettini)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat egg yolks and sugar until frothy. Stir in the cream and milk. Finely grind the amarettini and stir into the mixture. Pour into the ice cream maker and stir for 20 minutes. Fill into bowls and serve.
