Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 100 g chocolate flakes
  • 1 glass cherry (s)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 g suar
  • 150 g butter, very soft
  • 120 ml milk
  • 100 ml amaretto

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and grease the muffin tray well.
  2. Drain the cherries well and briefly toss them in flour.
  3. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt well in a bowl and set aside.
  4. In a second bowl, mix the eggs, softened butter, sugar, milk, amaretto and chocolate together until frothy.
  5. Add flour mixture and cherries and stir again well.
  6. Fill 2/3 of the dough into the molds and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 ° C.
