Ingredients
- 2 glasses morello cherries
- 1 bottle amaretto
- 1 bottle white wine or rosé
- 0.33 liters apple juice
- 1 bottle sparkling wine or Prosecco

- Put the morello cherries with the juice and the amaretto in a bowl and leave to stand overnight.
- The next day add the wine and apple juice.
- Add the sparkling wine just before serving.
