Ingredients

  • 230 g sour cream, natural, as a substitute: sour cream
  • 120 g mayonnaise
  • 115 g cream cheese, room temperature
  • 70 g cheddar cheese, rated
  • 40 g onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 tomato (s), finely chopped
  • 6 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Core the tomato and finely chop the pulp. Fry the bacon, drain and crumble into fine pieces. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, cover the bowl and place the dip in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
  2. The dip is enough for 4 people.
