Ingredients

  • 1 can (s) beans, small white beans, in tomato sauce
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 dashes Tabasco
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 packet toast bread
  • 2 packs bacon

Instructions

  1. Bean Sauce:
  2. Dice the onion, fry.
  3. Add the beans, season with Tabasco and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Egg american:
  5. Whisk eggs with sour cream, season with salt and pepper and place in a pan.
  6. Do not stir, just let fry. Quarter after approx. 4 minutes, turn over and finish frying.
  7. Fry the bacon slices in a pan until crispy.
  8. Toast the toast slices.
  9. Place the egg on the toast slices, then cover the fried bacon with the bean sauce, done.
