- You can make the dough yourself, but I didn't have time, so I made the bottom like a cheesecake).

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top-bottom mode without convection and bake the cake for 15 minutes, then reduce to 170 and bake for another 30-35 minutes.
- The pie should stand in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, and it is better to leave it overnight. Although warm, it is very tasty.
