Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 onion (s), chopped

For the sauce: 2

  • 1 teaspoon pepper, white
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 pinch chili powder
  • 0.75 ¾ cup / s tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix together the butter, brown sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and chopped onion.
  2. Place the neck chops in a baking dish and pour the sauce mixture over them.
  3. Bake uncovered at 200°C (392°F) for 60 minutes, until the chops are fully cooked through.
  4. Serve with rice, French fries, fresh baguette, and green salad.
