Ingredients
- 4 hard-boiled egg (s), cut into small cubes
- 2 tablespoon pickled cucumber (s), cut into fine pieces
- 2 tablespoon bell pepper (s), red, cleaned and finely chopped
- 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 ½ teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper, black, to taste
- 1 stick celery, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon honey

- Celery, curry powder and honey can be used, but do not have to be used.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the pickles, bell peppers, celery, mustard, curry powder and honey in a bowl, add the eggs and mix carefully. Season with salt and pepper and chill the salad in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
