Ingredients
- 1 kg potato (s), mostly waxy
- 120 g mayonnaise
- 80 g sour cream
- 80 g yourt
- 1 stick celery, finely chopped
- 1 spring onion (s), finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 2 clove (s) garlic, chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ celery, seeds
- 1 medium onion (s), chopped
- 4 hard-boiled egg (s), roughly chopped
- salt and pepper

- Boil potatoes, quench, peel, let cool.
- In a large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, yogurt, onions, mustard, horseradish, garlic, celery, spring onion and celery seeds. Carefully fold in the sliced potatoes and eggs. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
