  • 1 teaspoon chilli oil
  • 2 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 pinch (s) garlic granules
  • salt
  • 6 large potato (s)

Instructions

  1. Wash and brush the potatoes thoroughly as they are cooked with their skin on. Cut into pins or wedges.
  2. Put the two oils in a bowl, add the potatoes and toss until they are all moistened with oil. Add the spices and toss again until all the spices are evenly distributed.
  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Drizzle with the rest of the marinade and bake the potatoes at 190 ° C, gas mark 4, until cooked, crispy and brown.
  4. A fiery hot sauce goes well with the American potato sticks.
