Ingredients

  • 165 g butter, or mararine
  • 100 g suar, white
  • 100 g suar, brown
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 60 ml honey
  • 280 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ clove powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 100 g suar, white, for rollin

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, stir the butter or margarine with the sugar until creamy. Add the egg and honey and mix well with a whisk. Mix the flour with the spices and stir into the mixture with a dough hook.
  2. Put the dough in a cool place for at least half an hour.
  3. Then shape it into balls about the size of a hazelnut and toss in white sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 8-10 minutes and let cool down briefly on the tray.
  4. These cookies taste super flavorful and crispy. If you don`t want cookies that are too sweet, simply reduce the amount of sugar in the dough.
