Instructions

  1. Cut the thin bacon into small pieces and serve on an amuse gueule spoon, for example.
  2. Put a blob of Provencal mustard on top and place a 2-3 cm piece of Gorgonzola.
  3. Serve garnished with a piece of mustard pickle.
