Andalusian Chop With Raisins and Oregano

An excellent combination of wine, raisins and oregano add new flavors to the roasted pork flavor. The dish is easy to prepare.

- In the side of the chop, make a pocket with a knife.
- Finely chop the raisins.
- Add oregano to the raisins.
- Add pepper and salt.
- Pour in white wine.
- Season with olive oil.
- Stir and let it brew for 10 minutes.
- Put the mixture in the chop pocket.
- We chop off the edges of the pocket with toothpicks.
- Sprinkle the chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a grill pan.
- Fry the pork chops for about 5 minutes on each side.
- The pork chops with raisins are ready.
