Andalusian Chop With Raisins and Oregano

An excellent combination of wine, raisins and oregano add new flavors to the roasted pork flavor. The dish is easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Pork chop – 1 pc.
  • Raisins – 30 g
  • Oregano – 1 pinch
  • Dry white wine – 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 50 ml
  • Salt (sea) – to taste
  • Black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. In the side of the chop, make a pocket with a knife.
  2. Finely chop the raisins.
  3. Add oregano to the raisins.
  4. Add pepper and salt.
  5. Pour in white wine.
  6. Season with olive oil.
  7. Stir and let it brew for 10 minutes.
  8. Put the mixture in the chop pocket.
  9. We chop off the edges of the pocket with toothpicks.
  10. Sprinkle the chops with salt and pepper.
  11. Heat olive oil in a grill pan.
  12. Fry the pork chops for about 5 minutes on each side.
  13. The pork chops with raisins are ready.
