Ingredients

  • 1 liter apple juice
  • 500 g preservin suar, (2: 1)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 80 ml rum, whiter
  • 100 ml amaretto
  • 4 chilli pepper (s), (hot)
  • 2 carnation (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar, (bourbon)

Instructions

  1. Wash the chilli peppers, cut into small cubes and set aside.
  2. Mix the apple juice with the preserving sugar, add the spices and chilli cubes and bring to the boil.
  3. Let this cook for 5 minutes, then fish out the cloves.
  4. Make a gelling test and, if it fits, add the rum and the amaretto.
  5. Now fill into clean glasses and let cool down as usual.
  6. Also goes very well with cheese.
