Ingredients

  • 500 g apples
  • 0.5 ½ bottle bitter almond flavor
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar, bourbon
  • 150 ml syrup, (caramel syrup)
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apples and cut into small pieces.
  2. Put the caramel syrup, vanilla sugar, a little lemon juice and apple pieces in a saucepan and cook until all the apple pieces are soft.
  3. Then puree with the magic wand and pour into clean twist-off glasses.
