Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs and then beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the sugar and egg yolks together until a creamy mixture is formed. Stir in the quark, semolina and vanilla flavor. Finally, fold the egg whites into the mass.
  2. If necessary, grease the baking dish and fill it with the desired fruit (e.g. apples or blueberries approx. 150 to 200 g). Spread part of the curd mixture on top. Sprinkle desiccated coconut on top and add the rest of the mixture.
  3. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 ° C top / bottom heat or 160 ° C convection oven on the middle rack for approx. 35 - 40 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
  4. Approx. 350 Kcal. per serving.
