Ingredients
- 250 g quark
- 200 g cream cheese
- 3 nectarine (s), or peaches
- 1 small can Mandarine (s)
- possibly fruit, other (to your own taste)
- 120 g honey
- 4 tablespoon syrup, (raspberry syrup)
- 100 ml apricot juice, (or juice from the can)

- Mix the quark, cream cheese, juice, syrup and honey together well.
- Drain the mandarins, pit the nectarines or peaches, cut into small pieces and fold into the cream.
- Pour into dessert glasses, garnish and refrigerate.
