Ingredients
- 4 egg (s), (separate)
- 6 tablespoon cane sugar
- 2 tablespoon rum
- 300 ml cream
- Chocolate curls your choice (homemade with a peeler)

- Beat the egg white with 2 tablespoons of sugar until stiff and set aside.
- Whip the cream until stiff and add it.
- Now whip the egg yolks with the remaining sugar until creamy, add the rum and carefully fold in the egg whites.
- Fold in the cream and pour into dessert glasses.
- Now decorate with the chocolate and chill for at least 2 hours.
