Ingredients- 1 kg potato (s)
- 4 tablespoon chives
- milk
- a bit salt
- some pepper
- some nutmeg
- some sea salt

- Cut the potato into cubes and cook in sea salt water.
- Mash the potatoes and add as much milk as needed to get a really creamy puree (similar to the ready-made puree). Season and stir in the chives.
