Ingredients

  • 400 ml cream
  • 250 g quark
  • 9 piece (s) confectionery (Giotto)
  • 4 cl syrup (caramel)
  • 1 tablespoon brittle
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar (bourbon)
  • 50 g powdered suar

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with the syrup and powdered sugar well. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff and stir into the quark. Crumble 5 Giotto and stir into the mixture with the brittle. Use the remaining 4 Giotto for the decoration.
