- 200 g carrot (s)
- 1 small kohlrabi
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- pepper
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- possibly mayonnaise

- Peel the carrots and kohlrabi and grate them very finely. Wash, pat dry and chop parsley.
- Mix all ingredients together and season to taste. Let it soak for at least 1 hour.
