Ingredients
- 1 kohlrabi
- 2 large carrot (s)
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 2 tomato (s), firm
- 2 tablespoon parsley or cress, chopped
For the marinade:
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ thyme
- 3 tablespoon safflower oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper

- Dice the kohlrabi and carrots, dice the cucumber, cut the tomato into slices, mix loosely with the chopped parsley. Mix the remaining ingredients into a marinade, season to taste and pour over the vegetables.
